Working with us
Where is AMB AI Solutions based?
We operate through AMB Associates FZE, licensed in Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, UAE. Architecture and client management run from the UAE; engineering delivery runs through our India-based team.
Who do you work with?
Companies in the UAE and GCC, India, the United States and beyond, from funded startups to enterprises with several thousand employees. Our project portfolio spans healthcare, financial services, insurance, EdTech, HR, retail, logistics and MarTech.
How do engagements usually start?
With a short discovery conversation, a written scope, and a proposal describing deliverables, team and timeline. For larger builds we often begin with a design or architecture phase.
How do we communicate during a project?
A named lead, weekly demos, a shared tracking board and direct chat access. Our working hours overlap comfortably with both Gulf and European time zones, and we schedule overlap windows for US clients.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We sign NDAs before discussing sensitive details and treat all client data as confidential by default.
Delivery & quality
Who is on the team?
An AI architect (our founder) leads design and technical direction; senior engineers own implementation, with junior engineers working under their review. You always know who is doing what.
How do you ensure quality?
Written specifications, code review, automated test suites and CI gates on every project. For sensitive domains we add regression suites that block releases on failure.
What happens if requirements change?
They usually do. We work in short increments so changes are cheap, and we agree scope changes in writing before they affect the plan.
Do you provide support after launch?
Yes. Maintenance and support arrangements are available, and every handover includes documentation, runbooks and training.
Can you work alongside our in-house team?
Yes. We frequently augment existing teams, join their tooling and processes, and hand over cleanly when the engagement ends.
Technology & data
Which AI providers do you use?
We are vendor-neutral and have delivered on Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Google Gemini and open-source models. We recommend based on task, cost and data-residency requirements.
Can our data stay in our own environment?
Yes. We have deployed self-hosted vector databases, models and pipelines inside client cloud accounts and on-premise where required.
How do you handle security and compliance?
Secure-by-design pipelines with secret scanning, SAST/DAST and container scanning, least-privilege cloud identity, and architectures designed for HIPAA, DPDP and similar regimes.
Who owns the intellectual property?
You do. Source code, models, infrastructure and documentation created for your project are handed over in full.
